This recipe below I fell into by chance with the leftovers from my Green raw juice. This was my added extra experiment juice- but boy does it rank up there with my green juice!
I'm okay to admit that I am not the biggest beetroot fan. I mean I can eat it if it is in small quantities but in this juice I could hardly taste it and it gave the juice an amazing vivid colour that looks so appetising!
This recipe makes enough for one large glass so if you wanted to make a larger quantity just times the recipe depending on how much you wish to make.
Ingredients:
3 carrots
1 pear
2 apples
2 small beetroot
1 small stick celery
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cm slice ginger
Instructions:
1) Wash and chop up the fruit and vegetables to fit in the juicer.
2) Feed the ingredients through the juicer and best served cold immedietely.
3) To store the juice, keep airtight and in the fridge (up to 72 hours).
Love your blog, keep posting. Hope you will love mine as well.
