Gluten Free Soda bread

For any bread lover that cannot eat food with gluten this is a god send! Deliciously warm and crunchy on the outside and soft and squiggy on the inside this bread is great! If you bake this with people around I can assure you this wont be around for long!

The crazy thing is about this soda bread is that it only has four ingredients! No prove needed with this dough either so it is very quick to whip up- only around a 10 minute preparation time.

Ingredients:

- 360g Wholemeal spelt flour
- 6g sea salt
- 11g Gluten free baking powder
- 300ml Buttermilk

Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 203 degrees C

2) Heat baking tray you will be using.

3) Weigh out flour, salt and baking powder.

4) Add the buttermilk and mix.

5) Turn out and knead dough for 2 minutes and then make into a rounded shape.

6) Put on heated baking tray and cut a cross on top of dough (see photo)

7) Bake for 20-24 minutes until golden brown.
