This is a really great idea for a quick breakfast or a pre/post gym meal as it is so speedy to whip up. With only three ingredients you cannot go wrong!
- 2 frozen bananas
- A couple of splashes of almond milk.
- A couple of sprinkles of ground cinnamon.
Recipe:
1) Put the two frozen bananas in the blender (overnight freeze and let it thaw for 10 minutes if your blender isn't too powerful) along with the almond milk and ground cinnamon and blend until thick smoothie consistency.
2) Add any extra almond milk until the desired consistency is made.
