This is a delicious juice full of vitamins and minerals and the colour is so vivid! When I first heard of adding raw pealed sweet potato to a juice I was sceptical, but for the sake of experimentation and the reviews it had, I indeed had to give it a try! Boy was I glad I did it is fast becoming my favourite juice to drink.

Here is the recipe...
Ingredients:
- 1 sweet potato
- 4 stalks of celery
- 5 carrots
- 1 apple
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
(This recipe makes a smaller amount of juice that the green juice so feel free to double the recipe)
Recipe:
1) Make sure the airtight container that you will keep the juice in is sitting under the juicer spout. You can use a litre container for this recipe but if you were to double you will need bigger.
2) Peal the carrots and sweet potato and cut the ingredients down to fit in your specific juicer.
3) Start juicing in this order to be kinder to your juicer: Apple, carrots, sweet potato and then celery.
4) Mix the juice and then add the lemon juice.
5) Mix again and cover quickly when finished and refrigerate.
6) Keep juice airtight and refrigerated and the juice will keep well for 72 hours.
