Sweet potato crisps are so tasty and a perfect guilt free snack that is good for you. Such a simple and easy recipe that cant really go wrong really! (Unless you forget they are in the oven!)
Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil/ coconut oil
1 tsp sea salt
Pinch of black pepper
2 tsp dried rosemary (Optional)

Instructions:
1) Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
2) Wash and cut sweet potato thinly (sizes of the crisps will be different but I think this adds something different).
3) Toss the sweet potato in the oil and all of the flavourings.
4) Bake in the oven on a baking tray for 30-40 minutes until the desired crispness.
5) Leave to cool and I set a challenge to you- try not to eat the whole batch of crisps at once!! (Difficult isn't it!?)
