Adding different toppings and flavours really mixes up the taste buds and makes this recipe so versatile!!
For this particular pancake mix I have made them particularly Christmas-y! I have done this by adding different
spices to the pancake mix before the mixture goes in the pan. I added as well as my normal cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and a tiny bit of cloves. All of these are ground spices. I topped with apricots and blueberries and maple syrup- yummy!!
