Makes porridge for 2 people
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
2 cups of water
1 cup quinoa flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 dessert spoon of cacao powder
Instructions:
1) Rinse quinoa well under cold water.
2) Put quinoa and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
3) Once it is brought to the boil reduce hear, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
4) Add the remaining ingredients (almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract and cacao powder).
5) Cook gently for 5 more minutes until creamy.
Tip: Add more almond milk if you want it creamier.
