Two Ingredient Cookies

Yes this is correct! Two ingredients is all it takes to make these yummy cookies. Perfect to satisfy if you have a sweet tooth like me. See below for the quickest cookie recipe in history!

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas
1 cup gluten free rolled oats

Extra Ingredients:

This is the best part- now you have the main body of the cookie you can now add whatever else you want! You could add sugar free choc chips, walnuts, almonds, ground almonds, coconut, raisins,  basically anything! To add some amazing spices is amazing too! For example cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, mixed spice the options are endless!

My favourite extra added ingredients are ground almonds, desiccated coconut, walnut pieces and cinnamon.

Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 F).

2) Using a fork mash the 2 bananas until smooth and add the oats and mix until combined.

3) Then add any extra ingredients you wish and mix again. Divide mix into small round balls and place seperately on a baking tray (with baking paper).

4) Using the back of a fork press each cookie down once and then oven cook for 13-15 minutes until golden colour.

Allow to fully cool before serving (hardest part I know!)
